Elegante's Origin:

This company, Elegante, has been in the background being developed for some time now. Elegante is a culmination of countless hours of dedication to our craft and the willingness to bring a dream to life. The development story is what inspired the name, Glory Through Elegance. This company is new to the market and brings a beautiful spin to the fashion world: depth. These pieces don't just carry a name or an image on the back. They hold the weight of our entire story, from the very beginning to now.

Founders Origins:

This company is led by two students of the craft. One of the founders, Nicholas, attends college and studies Finance & International Business while still holding a burning passion for creating. The other founder, Collin, came up in the trades working full-time construction and has since joined the electrical union in Indianapolis. The two founders have been friends for years and have always dreamed of doing something of this nature. They have a strong faith in God and give all the glory to Him in the development of this.

Elegante's Manufacturing History:

Elegante started as just an idea, a couple of friends sitting around talking about dreams and ambitions. However, the founders took this one step further. Matter of fact, eons of steps further. They started taking the time to understand everything that went into fashion development. Even getting to the point of being hands on with a local manufacturing partner and working with embroidery and related equipment. They were very particular in how their garments felt and looked. Having gone through 5 or 6 different companies to source all of the raw materials, they finally settled on one that provided exactly what they were looking for. As of now, they are still refining and optimizing their production systems to get the highest quality garment with the best method of fulfillment for YOU, the people who make all of this possible.

Behind the Scenes: Fall 2026 Update

It's been a quiet season on the site, but not behind it.

Nicholas has spent this fall living in Milan, the city that shaped Elegante's look from day one. Between classes and Italian lessons, he's been working with an early-stage startup team in the city, helping young companies figure out how to fund their ideas. It's a front-row seat to what it takes to build something from nothing, and plenty of it is coming home to Elegante. He finishes his degree next spring.

Back home, Collin just landed a full-time spot in the electrical union in Indianapolis. Same work ethic that got Elegante off the ground, now wiring up a career of his own.

And it's never been just the two of them. Iain, Blake, and Joey have been part of this from the start. Not long ago, all five of us went to New York together to film a few videos and meet with vendors at a textile show. Walking those aisles together, talking fabrics and production with the people who make it happen, was a reminder of how real this has become.

The brand has been changing too. After seasons of sourcing materials, testing manufacturers, and hand-finishing pieces, Elegante moved to a print-to-order model. Every piece is now made when you order it, not before. No overstock, no guesswork, just a cleaner path from our designs to your closet. Tutto Passa is the first collection built that way.

Right now, every one of us is building the foundation for our own lives: school, careers, new cities, full-time work. But none of us is putting the creative side down. Clothing, film, and design are what connect people, and we're going to keep pouring into them. Keep building long enough, and eventually you strike gold.

We won't pretend it's easy. Startups take serious capital and resources, and we're building ours piece by piece. We're getting there slowly, but surely. All great things take time.

As Nicholas puts it: "I know Elegante will become the name it was dreamt to be. We just have to work diligently to make it reality."

Tutto passa means "everything passes." The hard stretches and the easy ones, the long nights of school and work and building on the side. None of it lasts forever, so you keep moving. That's what we've been doing, and next up is a shoot right here in Milan.

The founders wanted to incorporate this part of the website to build a level of transparency and trust with the people who support the company. At Elegante, the main focus is on being authentically yourself. By bringing glory through elegance in your everyday operations, you can do amazing things in this world.
