Fulfillment & Care Strategy
Fulfillment:
At Elegante, we pride ourselves on being transparent in our methods of operation. With that being said, we wanted to shed some light on how we get your order from website click to front door!
Elegante utilizes a system of batch-based fulfillment. Every two or three days we are going to run a count on all orders that are placed with us and begin our manufacturing process. This ensures a dedication to quality and manageable production timelines. We want to make sure you LOVE the pieces you get, so we spend the time making sure they are up to our expectations.
With this strategy, you will receive confirmation once your order has been placed and then another once it's been put into our batch cycle and will get subsequent tracking and order information as its available. We wanted to provide this information out the gate, so that in case of confusion, you have something to reference back to!
Our production timeline is in the range of 10-14 business days. This will go down as we grow but bear with us as we get our wings underneath us. Thank you for your understanding!
Care Strategy:
Inside of each package, there is an included care instructions card, however, we know that sometimes those things can get lost, and you might need a quick reference. So we have provided that as one of the easy-to-access parts of the site for you!
Washing Instructions:
- Turn garment INSIDE OUT and ZIP-UP if applicable
- Wash on COLD with LIKE colors
- Dry on LOW or MEDIUM heat to protect the artwork
- You can also let hang dry after wash
